General Terms and Conditions
Bookings All bookings are binding. Reservations must be cancelled before 5:00 PM the evening before, otherwise the full price will be charged. Our "General Terms and Conditions" shall apply to all bookings (verbal bookings included).
Insurance/Liability All insurance is the responsibility of the participant. We disclaim all liability.
Refunds Refunds due to accident or illness are possible only with a local doctor's certificate. If lessons are cancelled due to force majeure, lessons will not be refunded.
All disputes shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, regardless of participant’s nationality and loss location. The court of Brig (Valais) in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes.
